Restoring men to be the Godly men, fathers,
and husbands that they were created to be.
The Restoration House is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, Christian Discipleship, Brother-to-Brother Program for men trapped in the deceptive, never-ending cycle of addiction or who find themselves troubled because of different life situations. We provide residents with the opportunity to give back to the community that was once ambivalent towards them. Our goal is to teach men to be independent, self-supporting, and stable under the Lordship of Jesus Christ by becoming an asset to their family, church, friends, employers, schools, and society.
Most residents call Restoration Ministries after hitting their "rock-bottom" and some are ready to do whatever is necessary to have Jesus Christ restore their lives and give them peace again. We have found that men who are ready to give up "leaning on their own understanding," and completely surrender themselves to the Lord's work for 12 months and allow Him to change them become most equipped to live a productive, drug-free life in society
Residents spend a minimum of 12 months in our home with other men promoting healthy fellowship. "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend" (Proverbs 27:17) Throughout the day, residents are involved in morning devotions, daily chores, volunteer community service, youth juvenile detention center ministry, street ministry, Bible study, classes that include Battery Intervention, Anger Management, Celebrate Recovery, Domestic Violence, Parenting Classes, and a nightly personal devotion time. There is a 4 phase process to the program with different privileges as the residents phase up.
The Restoration House Located on Bayou Desiard, our home currently can house up to 12 men that are ready for life change.

Restoration Construction -
We focus on making Jesus known to the lost, helping men overcome addiction, homelessness and imprisonment. By teaching the Word to every person that enters our home, we are making disciples and sending them out to teach the world all that they have learned, and teaching them how to make more disciples as commanded by Jesus Christ. Matthew 28:19-20
